This is the right package for you if...
You're planning your own wedding but want expert input at key stages.
You'd like help with early timeline planning.
You want a few vendor recommendations without full planning support.
You want to be fully present (not managing logistics) on your wedding day.
Why we created this package.
We created this package after noticing a pattern: couples who booked our Month-Of Coordination often had planning questions long before we start, which is five weeks before the wedding. They wanted to know how many hours to book their photographer and videographer for, when to schedule hair and makeup, what timings to put on their invitations, which vendors we'd recommend, and how to approach their decor. This package is our answer: the perfect hybrid for couples who want to plan their own wedding but would love expert guidance at the moments that matter most.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS.
1
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COORDINATION PLUS AND MONTH-OF COORDINATION?
Month-of coordination starts 5 weeks before your wedding and focuses entirely on coordination (we step in once all planning is complete). Coordination Plus adds 3 virtual planning meetings earlier in the process (timeline building, decor discussion, and a mid-planning check-in), then transitions into month-of coordination as the wedding approaches. It's the right choice if you're planning independently but want some help along the way.
2
WHEN DO THE THREE PLANNING MEETINGS HAPPEN?
Ideally once you've booked your venue and finalized your dates, the first planning meeting would take place to discuss a high-level event timeline. This information will help you as you book your vendors. The second meeting should take place when you're starting to look at decor (or another major vendor). The final meeting would be closer to when month-of coordination begins.
3
WILL YOU CONTACT MY VENDORS ON MY BEHALF?
You would be responsible for contacting all vendors directly and handling all communication. The 3 planning meetings are directly with you and not your vendors.

As part of Month-Of Coordination (which is included in this package), your vendors will be contacted to be provided with a detailed itinerary.
