Five weeks out, our team steps in to learn the details of your plans, create a detailed event itinerary, confirm your vendor team, share the itinerary with vendors, and provide on-site coordination.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
QUESTIONNAIRE
You’ll have access to this questionnaire as soon as you book, so you can complete it as you plan your wedding and book your vendors. It serves as a helpful guide, offering recommendations along the way while allowing us to get to know your vision and gather all the details we’ll need to bring it to life.
SHARING THE ITINERARY WITH YOUR VENDORS
We reach out to your vendors once the itinerary is fully complete to provide them with the details they need and confirm logistics.
VIRTUAL MEETINGS & DETAILED ITINERARY CREATION
Up to three virtual meetings are included (starting five weeks prior), where we build a minute-by-minute itinerary covering every event (shared with you and your vendor team).
FINAL VENUE WALKTHROUGH
We join you at the final detailing meeting with your venue manager to finalize your floor plan and all other details relating to your event.
ACCESS TO CUSTOM PLANNING TEMPLATES
You'll have access to several helpful planning templates immediately after booking. These include a budget tracker and questionnaire.
ON-SITE COORDINATION
On your wedding day, we’ll oversee the details so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. From setting up personal and DIY items to coordinating vendors, guiding guests, managing the timeline, and working alongside your venue manager, we’ll keep everything running smoothly and handle any unexpected issues that arise.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK THIS PACKAGE?
This package can be booked at any time. We'd recommend you reach out as early as possible to secure your dates, as we only take on a limited number of bookings.

WILL YOU CONTACT ALL OF OUR VENDORS ON OUR BEHALF?
We contact your vendors approximately 1-1.5 weeks prior to your wedding to share your final detailed itinerary and confirm logistics.
