WHAT'S INCLUDED
VISION MEETING
We begin with an in-depth meeting to understand your vision, style, and priorities. Then, we build a customized planning timeline based on where you are in your planning journey.
VENDORS INCLUDED
Vendors such as DJ, MC, AV, makeup & hair, bridal henna, live music, vinyl flooring, and much more are included. This package does NOT include your venue(s), photography, videography, catering, websites & invitations, and decor.
BUDGET REVIEW & MANAGEMENT
You’ll enter your existing bookings and expenses into our budget tracker. We’ll review your spending, help establish a realistic budget for the remaining expenses, and track costs for the vendors we help book.
On-SITE COORDINATION
We create detailed itineraries and provide full on-site coordination so everything runs seamlessly.
VENDOR RESEARCH & BOOKINGS
For all remaining vendors, we leverage our trusted vendor network and conduct research to find the right options for you and handle contacting all vendors on your behalf.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
For vendors we help book, we serve as the single point of contact and manage communications, timelines, and logistics so you don't have to. For vendors you booked already, we step in closer to your wedding day.

IS PARTIAL PLANNING CHEAPER THAN FULL PLANNING?
Assuming the same number of events, Partial Planning will be cheaper than Full Planning as you've already taken care of a few major planning areas.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK THE PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE?
Ideally once you've booked the vendors that are not included within this package. However, you can book us as early as when your venues and dates are confirmed. Booking 6-12 months in advance is ideal to give you the most planning runway and better vendor availability. However, we understand not every couple has this timeframe, and we're here to help create a timeline that works for you.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE HELP THAN I THOUGHT?
We recommend starting with your venues to lock in your dates. At that stage, if you feel overwhelmed, we recommend looking into our Full Planning package before continuing.
